Parents Association

Many Families, One Home

When your child enrolls at St. Thomas, you join a diverse community of families who work together to support each other in raising their children. Highly involved parents offer their talent and energy on behalf of our children and share common interests around Miami. The Parents Association is an integral part of the St. Thomas experience for families and children, and it represents an important source of support for teachers and administrators.

My best friends are St. Thomas parents. When it comes to a community of people sharing values and supporting each others’ kids, this is a school unlike any other.

The Parents Association plans countless annual events that bring together the community and raise money to support our students. Some highlights include:

We welcome your participation. Volunteering allows you to get to know other St. Thomas parents and offers a great way to be involved in your child’s education.

We volunteer at every St. Thomas event because we love the school and our children, and because we know all our friends are going to be there.

As the liaison between our School's Administration and the Parents Association, the Director of Parent and Community Relations oversees fundraising activities and coordinates volunteers for all parent and alumni activities.

St. Thomas holds sessions throughout the school year to educate parents about trends in education and child development, and how to best support their child’s learning at home.
